Yin gives us the chance to be still and observe what it is we are missing when the noise of our lives gets too loud, and to accept ourselves just as we are – on that day, in that moment
This practice will ask you to slow down and do less, a perfect counterbalance to the busyness and stresses of daily life.
A slow, cool and supported practice each posture is held for 3-5 minutes.
The focus is on creating positive change in the fascia, ligaments, and joints.
By creating space and comfort in the body, Yin Yoga paves the way for better digestion and more restful sleep.

Please note: You are booking for an In Studio class.
Please bring your own yoga props including your own yoga mat.
(we have mats, blocks and blankets for sale at the studio)
The studio will open 15 minutes prior to class commencing.
Due to current social distancing regulations, we are only allowed 24 students at a time in the studio.
If you are no longer able to attend, please ensure you cancel this booking minimum 6 hrs prior to class starting to allow other people on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged the full class fee.
