Easter Slowdown: Yin Yoga, Live Music & Soundbath

Together Yoga teacher Karen Gunter (Yoga Garage) with musician and Sound Therapist Michelle Shanti (Shanti Sound) are offering a yogic, live music and sound bath experience for you to unwind in.

Take some time out this Easter Saturday and give yourself an opportunity to be supported with a nourishing 2 hour Autumn Yin practice
This practice offers an opportunity to gain perspective, insight, and clarity after the year's growth phase before moving into its dormant period. 

This experience is an invitation for you to leave the busyness of daily life behind and focus completely on nourishing yourself. On this journey all you need to do is allow your breath, together with the music and your practice, to take you to a deeper place of peace within

At the conclusion of practice you'll be guided through a sound bath experience as you lie in Savasana, allowing your mind & body to deeply relax, supported by the vibration and sounds of Guitar, Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, Voice and gentle percussion 

No effort is required as a divine soundscape is created to hold space......simply lay back, breathe and relax, allowing a release and renewal of your being 

Set in the beautiful and natural surrounds of Belair Hills, amongst the tree tops with the city lights twinkling in the distance, join Karen and Michelle for this divinely nurturing event on Saturday April 19th

Please bring a mat, bolster and or blanket and block. You may also like to bring a water bottle or light eye covering such as a scarf, eye pillow or loose headband
