Let your mind & body unwind and come into harmony with the vibration and sounds of Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, Cosmic Tones and gentle percussion
No effort is required as a divine soundscape is created to hold space......simply lay back, breathe and relax, allowing a release and renewal of your being

Please bring yoga mats, cushions & blankets for your comfort, and some drinking water.
For the comfort of all please refrain from using perfumes or oils before attending.
Children are welcome who are familiar with being still, quiet, and respectful of the space. (Recommended age over 12 years) We love children but please if they are going to distract others, leave them with a loved one! Thank you!

About our presenters:
About our presenters: Michelle Shanti is a musician and sound therapist, having offered thousands of Soundbaths since 2012.
Her qualifications include Practitioner of Sound Therapy, Professional Diploma in Group Sound Therapy, Diploma of Music and achieved Yoga certifications including 200hr Kundalini Yoga Instructor and 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher.
Michelle’s 2026 EP release ‘Light Of Your Truth’, follows on from her previous releases- an album of yoga mantras and a Soundbath recording. She has deepened her knowledge of mantras and sacred sound by attending trainings and retreats with international teachers Jonathan Goldman and Deva Premal & Miten, and has toured as a supporting musician in Australia with USA mantra artists Jai-Jagdeesh and Tina Malia.
