Preparing you to feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead

Please bring your own yoga props including your own yoga mat.

(we have mats, blocks and blankets for sale at the studio)

The studio will open 15 minutes prior to class commencing.

Due to current social distancing regulations, we are only allowed 10 students at a time in the upstairs studio.

If you are no longer able to attend, please ensure you cancel this booking minimum 6 hrs prior to class starting to allow other people on the waitlist to attend and to avoid being charged the full class fee.
